準(zhǔn)則二 工作時(shí)使用合適的工具

Use the right tool for the job your

使用專門為手上干的活而設(shè)計(jì)的正確的器具

Use only the proper equipment designed for the job at hand

每天檢查你的工具,不要使用有缺陷的工具或器具

Inspect your tools daily. Do not work with defective tools or equipment

對新的工作和上級一起設(shè)計(jì)正確的方法

On new jobs, plan the proper method with your supervisor

嚴(yán)禁超載使用工具,器具或機(jī)器

Never overload tools, equipment or machines

準(zhǔn)則三 永遠(yuǎn)使用工作所需的安全設(shè)施

Always use the safety equipment required for the job

必須自始至終穿戴工作所需的個人防護(hù)用品

Personal Protection Equipment required for the job must be worn all the time

嚴(yán)禁損壞或取消安全裝置或安全擋板

Never disable or bypass a safety device or safety barrier

每天檢查個人防護(hù)用品,發(fā)現(xiàn)有壞的,替換掉

Check PPE daily and replace any faulty items The

Act on all accidents immediately

準(zhǔn)則五 小心重物

Beware of heavy objects

提升重物時(shí),使用正確的設(shè)備,不要超載

When lifting, use the right equipment, and do not overload it

提升或搬運(yùn)重物時(shí),要有足夠的,合適的幫助

Get enough, qualified help when lifting or moving heavy things

人在提升重物時(shí),要學(xué)會正確的方法,必要時(shí)使用個人防護(hù)用品

In manual lifting, learn the right way to lift, and use PPE when required

不要站在會有東西掉下來的地方

Avoid being where things can fall on you

準(zhǔn)則六 注意旋轉(zhuǎn)的機(jī)器設(shè)備

Beware of rotating machinery

確保旋轉(zhuǎn)的機(jī)器有防護(hù)罩或擋板

Make sure that rotating tools are guarded with shields or barriers

沒有防護(hù)罩或擋板時(shí),千萬要注意,不要碰到旋轉(zhuǎn)部分

When that is not possible, use great caution never to come into contact with a rotating part

在旋轉(zhuǎn)或活動的部件上工作時(shí),要事先確保已安全鎖定,并且不會意外開動
